The more I've thought about this, the more irritated I've become. They were not at all transparent regarding diagnosis service prices and seem very seedy and untrustworthy in that respect. I scheduled to have my vehicle that I bought from here diagnosed for two issues. When scheduling I was told that it would cost me $120.88, but if they needed more time to diagnose the issue they'd contact me and ask to take more time to look at my car and figure out what was going on and it'd cost me more. They came and took my car to look at and I got a call saying that my front end issue was diagnosed and that they needed more time to diagnose the issue with the rear heating. I declined having them take more time to diagnose the heating issue because they told me it'd be another $160 on top of the $120.88 I was already being charged. I asked them to see if any of the repairs for my front end issue would be covered by the contract that I pay for or the GM program. I got a call back saying that nothing that needs fixed is covered. I asked the girl what I need to pay today to have my car returned and she said it was $224 for having my vehicle diagnosed today. I asked why it was $100 more than what I was told originally and she said that it was because of a shop supplies charge, having my front end looked at and taxes. I paid it because had I not, my car would not have been returned to me per their scheduler. After I reviewed the receipt that was left in my car I called to express my frustration. I spoke with the "service manager" and voiced my frustration regarding being told I'd only be charged $120.88 and then being charged $224. He said if I would schedule my repairs with them he'd take $100 off to "make up" for today. I'm not ever bringing my car back there. He was also condescending in telling me a story about how he had to pay a bunch of money to have his daughters car fixed and that people don't like to have to spend a bunch of money on their cars, but that car maintainence can be costly. My frustration isn't with the cost of fixing my vehicle (which wasn't done today) my frustration is that I was told I would be charged $120.88 and then was charged $224 instead. He told me that it is $120.88 per hour to diagnose each issue and that they actually gave me a deal because they only charged me for half an hour to look at my front end issue. Yet, they never did diagnose what the issue was with my heating, but they still charged me the $120.88 for that. This place is a joke, I regret ever buying my car from here and I'm extremely disappointed with the service and how I was spoke down to. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid or that I don't understand that vehicles can be costly. Do better and be more honest with your customers. I won't ever be back and I'll make sure to spread the word about how underhanded this whole situation was. More

Warranty work was completed that had been discovered during the 50,000 mile maintenance check on my 2018 Buick Regal. A well maintained, well running 2021 courtesy vehicle was provided during the two t during the 50,000 mile maintenance check on my 2018 Buick Regal. A well maintained, well running 2021 courtesy vehicle was provided during the two to three day time period while my car was being repaired. A 30,000 mile maintenance item and a 45,000 mile maintenance item were also discovered that had not yet been completed prior to the 50,000 mile maintenance visit. These services will be completed per my convenience and their available scheduling. Stykemain has provided good service for my vehicles in the past and I have purchased several vehicles from Stykemain that they have taken very good care of. More
