Ignores Customer Dealership staff is friendly at first but completely ignore you after you purchase the vehicle. Less then a month of ownership, the car we purchased Dealership staff is friendly at first but completely ignore you after you purchase the vehicle. Less then a month of ownership, the car we purchased was making an odd noise from the engine bay and was told to bring it in for a diagnosis. Apparently, the diagnosis was ok and no faults appeared on the vehicle. 2 months later, the check engine light turns on so I take it to another local dealership in my area and they deem the car unsafe to operate and quote me a bill of almost $2500. I call Stykemain back and talk to Mike, the service manager. He seemed rather uninterested in my concern and would not even offer a free diagnosis, especially since they had already misdiagnosed the car. We have owned the car less then 3 months and put just 2000 miles on it and to have this many problematic faults is ludicrous. It's funny how one of the reviews states a Mustang failing their rigorous inspection criteria and was not put up for sale but the car we purchased (deemed unsafe to operate) was. I am very disappointed with the experience I've had here. I understand purchasing a used vehicle is always somewhat of a risk but I was fairly confident in making the purchase especially after seeing the so called inspection report that was performed and the impressive state of the dealership, but where do morals and ethics come in? Would highly recommend you look elsewhere. More

Shady salesperson Purchased a used avalanche. I pointed out very loose steering and the windshield was cracked all the way across. Salesperson told me to wait a month a Purchased a used avalanche. I pointed out very loose steering and the windshield was cracked all the way across. Salesperson told me to wait a month and turn the windshield into my insurance so they'd pay for it. The steering would get checked out by the dealer for a one hundred dollar deposit. In essence I had to pay their dealership to make sure a truck they were trying to sell was safe to do so. In two months of ownership I've spent half of what the truck cost on repairs. Now I find out the fuel pump is bad. I've e mailed Jim stykeman about these issues and never heard back from him. I guess this is what they consider quality customer service. More
