I was able to get my vehicle in to be serviced promptly, and given a ride back to my home. The diagnosis was fast. The repair was completed the next day. Picked up and brought to the dealership to get my au and given a ride back to my home. The diagnosis was fast. The repair was completed the next day. Picked up and brought to the dealership to get my auto. I was shown the bad parts (turbo charger assembly) and received an adequate explanation. The repairs made seem to have completely resolved the problem. All staff I encountered were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. (Had a wonderful chat with the gentleman who drove me home and picked me up. Great fellow!) I don’t recall any other business I have used that passed on the credit card surcharge to the customer (had to pay with a check). More

I took my 2017 Sierra in for a routine service job and was not please with the results. The people were great but the work on my truck was incomplete. When the truck was given back to me the gage of the o was not please with the results. The people were great but the work on my truck was incomplete. When the truck was given back to me the gage of the oils life span was not set back to 100 percent it still read 18 percent. The tires were not inflated to their proper ail pressure. Now all this just made me think negative about the whole service. Thinking what else was not done that I can't see. Very unsatisfied. More
