Gave me an estimate to replace control arms on my Acadia. After changing them out they called and said I needed an alignment at an additional cost. Kaitlyn did a great job going above and beyond helping us through the process and loaner car. She even stayed after closing time waiting for me to pick up the car when it was finished.
