Purchase of first NEW truck Carlos Parrilla went above and beyond for me last week. After about 8 months of researching vehicles, I went in to purchase an F250 - Carlos made sur Carlos Parrilla went above and beyond for me last week. After about 8 months of researching vehicles, I went in to purchase an F250 - Carlos made sure everything went smoothly and I came home with the F250 of my dreams. The next day I realized I had made a huge mistake purchasing this particular vehicle (it was just too much for my everyday needs). The following day, I called and asked them to give Carlos a message that I was coming back to the dealership. We talked and he fully understood my concerns - nothing with him, the dealership, the vehicle - it was me. Carlos asked me to look at the F150's while he started the mountain of paperwork needed to return the F250. I found a F150 that I liked, took it for a lengthy test drive, came back to the dealership and we finalized the deal on the new F150. And yes, Carlos and team 'moved a mountain' of paperwork! I couldn't be more pleased!! This is the vehicle I was supposed to have. I can't say enough great things about Carlos and how he handled my situation!
