I was interested in a Toyota Tundra that was for sale. I was told that they did not have a clear title and could not be sold. I got the Vin # and checked the truck on Carfax. Purchased a vehicle in January 2023, traded in my former vehicle when I purchased new one. Fast forward to March 2023 and I received a notification that my credit score dropped and that I had a delinquent a vehicle when I purchased new one. Fast forward to March 2023 and I received a notification that my credit score dropped and that I had a delinquent account on my credit report. In reviewing I found that it was my other car, the one that I had traded in, the dealership did not pay it off. It was now delinquent with late fees assessed. When I called the dealership the lady I spoke to seemed annoyed that I was upset about this. I asked if they could do anything about my credit report to which she said she doubted. She told me that they would take care of paying off the trade in and see if they could do anything about my credit report (after I asked). I asked that someone contact me once this was done. I did not hear from anyone so I called again the next day. I ask for the same person. She said that she paid the car off after I called. She said that the sales manager was to call and let me know, which he never did. I also ask about my credit report, which she of course said there was nothing that they could do. Again, I felt as though she was annoyed by my call and my concern. This was the 3rd or 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Stuckey and I will not purchase another and will not recommend. More

Bought a new eco sport for our fleet, the deal took over 4 hours to complete and was a cash deal, had to wait over an hour after paying to final take delivery.
