Tyler got me into a newer Ford Explorer to use until mine was fixed. I explain to Tyler I love the Explorer (especially my husband) but a women with no kids of her own needed a 3 row seating. Tyler was very understanding and kept in contact for the next couple of weeks. I knew when I wanted to get a new car he would be my salesman. Weeks later -I went into dealership looked Tyler up and just wanted to test drive a Edge today. I had no intention of buying anything that day, until I drove it and Tyler became a great help with questions and concerns. My husband love it and I love it so now I’m excited to be a new owner of 2017 Fird Edge titanium. Not the best. Traded in a very nice explorer.... got a used truck on a Saturday with 14,700 miles on it. Took it home, next day it had to be towed to the dealership Traded in a very nice explorer.... got a used truck on a Saturday with 14,700 miles on it. Took it home, next day it had to be towed to the dealership and is still there almost a week later with transmission issues. The truck was never cleaned. The washed the outside that was all, the salesmen brought the truck around and was about to hand the keys over and then was not happy cause nothing was even touched inside. It was so dirty. He took it and was gone 10 mins and came back and said it was cleaned but was still not happy with the inside. Mind you i live 2 hours away and the sales manager came out and said he would be contacting me and a gift card and was going to follow up with me. I still have not heard a thing! Customer service is not there thing at all. And also, watching the salesman’s during the day (not mine) was walking around saying to other co workers that his customers were driving him nuts and were annoying him. That’s not right at all.... I was not impressed at all. More
