I keep coming back because of their friendliness and competence. Eric Cohen was my salesman on this, most recent, visit and I really appreciated his professionalism and advice. Eric told me to call him if I had any problems but I didn’t listen. Halterman’s is not the closest Toyota dealership to my home. There are several that I have to pass to get to Halterman’s but I found that it is worth it to go there. I had an issue with my recent purchase. I didn’t know if it was serious or not so I went to the closest dealership to me. To make a long story short, I was dissatisfied with the answers that I got so I contacted Eric. What a difference. My problem solved and I am ecstatic with the solution. I want to thank Eric for his work but I can’t limit my gratitude to him alone. Everybody at Halterman’s is committed to do what they can to make you completely satisfied. I have recommended Halterman’s to family and friends. I bought a great car at Halterman's Toyota I bought a Prius C at Halterman's Toyota last week. Jon, Mike, and everyone I met there were wonderful to deal with. There was no high-pressure salesm I bought a Prius C at Halterman's Toyota last week. Jon, Mike, and everyone I met there were wonderful to deal with. There was no high-pressure salesmanship. I was new to many of the modern features of a car, such as Bluetooth. Mike set up my phone with the car, and showed me the many information screens and features of the Prius C. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you do not live near Eastern PA. Ray was great!He was professional even while my 4 year old was trying to get his hands on his ipad mini during the signing of my paperwork(well after the working hours of the dealership.) He did not rush me, explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I will spread the word to see Steve at Haltermans for their next vehicle. If Steve reads this I just want to remind him that my five year goal will be a hot pink Evo(with an automatic transmission, god knows I have no more brain cells left to learn how to drive a manual stick shift,especially with 5 kids!!!!)
