Several E mails confirming that the sales Manager Denny approved the deal. In her words it was a go. Done deal all I had to do was bring the necessary documents. I had financing already secured, Got the confirmation email that I was to be there first thing in the A.M. and I was. In addition I got a email confirming it at 745 am that morning. Had all my ducks lined up in a row as Iike to make things easy as possible. I get there all is proceeding well. working with a nice salesman and since Gwen had already given my packet tot he sales manager Denny should be relatively painless. Until the salesman goes to get the car I came purchased only to find out it supposedly sold yesterday afternoon. Very little explanation aside from typical car dealer excuses. Personally i think they are the most shady dealership around and they downright lie to get you on their lot. I will do whatever I can to ensure other potential buyers do not fall for this shady business practice. I aske the sales Manager for some reimbursement for time lost at work and travel. responds sarcastically Im not reimbursing you anything. Not even a lunch for my inconvenience. It all good I work in public relations and meet all types of people daily. word of mouth is what I do. More

They Helped When No One Else Did I came to Halterman's because I desperately needed something bigger, less expensive to maintain, more reliable, & preferably a 4x4 .I had a loan with I came to Halterman's because I desperately needed something bigger, less expensive to maintain, more reliable, & preferably a 4x4 .I had a loan with Credit Acceptance, and saw that Halterman's dealt with Credit Acceptance, so I figured it was a cut and dry sale. I spoke with Amber to the point where she knew my voice before I even said my name. I picked out a Jeep Grand Cherokee online and went in hoping I'd leave with that same vehicle. Having had dealt with Credit Acceptance before, I gathered paystubs, account info, insurance, etc that I would need. When I got there, Anthony and Steve introduced themselves to me and Anthony said that he was going to get my approval through a regular bank even though due to identity theft, I had 2 repossessions on my credit bureaus. I laughed at him. Wouldn't you know he actually made phone calls in front of me, rehashed the deal several times until he made it work and we had that approval instead of a conditioned approval. Anthony, true to his word, got me approved with a real bank again and I'm out of Credit Acceptance. I left with the car I originally picked out, got more for my trade than originally appraised, a 2 year warranty, free oil changes, and proof that people that met me that day actually worked harder for me than anyone else did. You guys are the best and I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep!!! More
