From the moment I contacted him about the Chevrolet Silverado, he took care of my many questions with a passion and friendliness. Mike showed a genuine interest in helping me as the Silverado was a surprise present for my husband. Mike took it upon himself to make sure that my husband will be as happy as any man will be with his new (to him) truck. I, honestly have no words to describe how bright our Christmas was thanks to Mike. Every question I had, he answered; every situation I encountered, he fixed, every text and phone call I made, he answered or replied back. Excellence at its best! Mike is the man to go to. Not only was she extremely genuine and professional to boot, she went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. As a young family with two little ones (and a global pandemic), our schedule was less than flexible.
