The only reason I took 1 star off is for something that has stuck with me since day 1 of going there.. The day before, I saw the vehicle on Carfax and decided to go to the bank, get a pre-approval auto loan and head there after work.. I walked in the dealership and told the kind lady at the front desk I was there to look at a car.. She said "I will go get someone for you, one second".. She went into a room with big windows right beside her desk and spoke to 2 African American guys (late 30's maybe).. They both stood up, looked DIRECTLY at me through the glass, and then sat right back down and got back to playing on their cell phones.. The front desk lady came back out of the room and said "Umm, one second I'll find someone to help you".. She left again and came back to say "Kyra will be right with you".. Long story short, when I came to get my new license plates, one of the guys that had previously "ignored me" was there at a table waiting for a customer to hopefully walk in and Kyra was finishing up her SALE with me! Not sure why the 2 guys thought because I was a "walk in customer" that I was not worth helping and not a serious buyer but they lost the sale and Im so happy that Kyra was my salesperson and got the commission!!!! More
