My name is Dave and I have had my Jetta for just over a month now. I went down to purchase accessories to customize her look. The first time we called to get our car serviced, we were told we had to make an appointment. We live 50 miles away and didn’t know when we’d be back in slc. The customer service is exceptional and I have never had an issues. The only reason why I am giving you a 4 star rating is because I serviced my car here multiple times and not one time I was advised th an issues. The only reason why I am giving you a 4 star rating is because I serviced my car here multiple times and not one time I was advised that my car needed an alignment. This ended up costing me over $1000 for replacing my four tires (the recommendation was to replace the two front tires but I don't like to half doing replace things on my car) the problem was I had uneven wear of my front tires and back, strong VW rotated my tires and did not advise me or notice the car needed an alignment. This definitely erode some of the trust I have on whether or not my car is properly being maintain based on the tech recommendations but I am not a mechanic and decided to give the dealer the benefit of the doubt and take the chance to continue to perform all the maintenance needs at this location. My decision to keep doing business here was mainly impacted again for the exceptional customer service I received is always a five star on that aspect. More

My service matter was a routine maintenance and low tire pressure issue. Joe Wolfe recommended rotating the tires as well. Got a text when the service was completed.
