Bought a 2006 Ford Escape from Strong VW in March of 2020 and it ran great for me for 1 1/2 years. Strong called me asking to buy back my escape and help get me a deal on a newer vehicle as well as a fair pr and it ran great for me for 1 1/2 years. Strong called me asking to buy back my escape and help get me a deal on a newer vehicle as well as a fair price on my used Escape. I had Tyler Chapman as a salesman and he let test drive a few cars, super easy to do business with and was able to give me a used 2018 for a great price! He walked me through the financing in depth, talked with me about the potential maintenance needed with the car, and provided me with a great car buying experience. Would highly recommend asking for him as your salesman when looking at Strong VW’s used cars. More

My biggest disappointment is the having to make an appointment to get my car fixed because of some transmission difficulties.. it will take more time and I have to get to work by mass transit. That ma appointment to get my car fixed because of some transmission difficulties.. it will take more time and I have to get to work by mass transit. That makes it more problematic because I have to take the system back home and they don't run at the time I get off work... I then have to go to work earlier and hopefully my work will allow me to make that adjustment... More
