We had a particularly unusual problem. Frustrating as it took three trips to figure out 98% of the problem, yet the team kept trying and updating and trying to figure it out. Had some time on a Saturday for oil change. So I pulled up at the service center and saw the banner hanging over the service drive, saying "quick lane" Oil change, tire rotation etcetera. Monday through up at the service center and saw the banner hanging over the service drive, saying "quick lane" Oil change, tire rotation etcetera. Monday through Saturday no appointment necessary! Turns out that you need appointment on Saturday. Please take down sign! How ever I talked to Jose and he noted a recall notice , also when I asked about the 30k mile service he provided a menu of recommendations. As well as an option, to get BG intake and fuel system maintenance. I had been aware of this service but hadn't thought to inquire. So this saved me a trip and some dough! I made appointment on an open Saturday. Service was completed in a few hours and happy motoring followed! More
