When I need my car serviced. Strong is too busy. Every time I own a 2022 Tiguan. So I go to a different place. But I bought my car there. You would think they would be better and Strong is too busy. I bought a 2018 Tiguan earlier this year. We signed up for the vip program when we bought the car. I tried to use the loaner car service through the vip program but was unable to actually tal We signed up for the vip program when we bought the car. I tried to use the loaner car service through the vip program but was unable to actually talk to somebody who cared enough about it to help me! When I was able to talk to someone supposedly in the vip program all they would tell me was “go to the website and request a loaner car there”. I have not been able to find anything on the website about asking for a loaner car. So far the vip program has not helped me at all. Recently my wife brought the car in to get the windshield replaced and some other damage repaired. The service has been EXTREMELY slow and the service writer is also very difficult to contact. The service writer has been very slow while working with the insurance company to get authorization to do the repairs. So unless things drastically change I will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

I've been totally disgusted and let down by what is trying to be known as the best Volkswagen dealership in the nation my car is still sitting and has not even been looked at due to their misrepresenta trying to be known as the best Volkswagen dealership in the nation my car is still sitting and has not even been looked at due to their misrepresentations and they could have already at least told me what's wrong wasn't concerned with them fixing so Joe what you doing man you going to keep sitting there acting like you're better than everybody else and you don't have to look or honor your commitments or or your warranty situations I tell anybody that's thinking about going strong before you make that commitment you need to truly investigate them you need to look at their past record I thought I had I thought the people had changed and they were better they have a sales manager Joe may be a good guy in all actuality but he sucks as dealing with his sales managers and their obligations. More
