Gilbert, I apologize for your frustration; the VIP program is run by the sales department so the service team can not request or schedule loaner cars for them. The best way to go about that would be using the Strong VW app, once downloaded, and signed into it there is a VIP button. Hit that button it will pull up what looks like an email, that goes directly to the VIP team. In regards to the Windshield and your insurance, we have submitted everything to your insurance company the rest of the wait is on them. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything further with out there approval, we hope you can understand. We just like most of the world right now are extremely short staffed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as soon as we hear from your insurance company we will let you know. Thanks again.
