This dealership has broken several oral contracts related to service issues. I was told on Monday when my car went in for service that I would be getting new brakes. When I picked up the car on Friday I di to service issues. I was told on Monday when my car went in for service that I would be getting new brakes. When I picked up the car on Friday I did not have new brakes, but a bandaid repair job. At no time during the week was I notified of this change of action. I have been lied to regarding contacting customer representatives from the corporate offices by the dealership. I was informed that I would not be able to interact with this individual by the dealership, but corporate told me otherwise. Service people do not call back... the responsibility is put on the customer to follow-up. Several of the males in the service department are very condescending towards women; they act as if I don't have a clue about cars, as if I am not interested in my own car and I am not allowed to have an opinion related to the provided service. I have been encouraged to "give them all fives" on the corporate customer service survey, and "if I am not able to do that, I should contact the service department before taking the survey." They'll run you in circles so that you get tired and want to give up, ultimately allowing them to have taken advantage of you as a customer! More
