I left my car overnight and Chip Byrson, one of the service managers, went out of his way to call me to reconfirm the needed repair.Chip oversaw the repair from beginning to end. What makes the difference whether ii's a service or a repair visit is the attitude of the people assisting you. Quality customer service Brian Edwards was the service manager for my last visit to Strong Volkswagen. Brian is focused on providing the bests customer service possible. I was met at the door when I drove into the dealership. We discussed the possible repairs needed to the car. Within 30 minutes Brian called with the complete list of repairs needed. Later in the day Brian called to inform me that a new battery was needed for the car and was seeking my permission to complete the repair item. Brian then called when the car was ready to be released (30 minutes heads up). As an employer I would not hesitate to hire Brian Edwards for his exceptional customer service skills.
