They advertise constantly about there amazing Lifetime Warranty but when my daughter has tried to use it she gets the run around and treated poorly first time they had her car for a week and then when she Warranty but when my daughter has tried to use it she gets the run around and treated poorly first time they had her car for a week and then when she tried to get emissions done to register it and it failed and when she took it in again they gave her the run around again and it’s still not fixed . And it’s a 2015 Audi A3 so they told her take it to Audi and they did the same thing to her . Honor your warranty’s and fix stuff your supposed to fix shouldn’t be that hard 🤷♂️ More
I am writing to share my recent experience as a young family with a newborn, highlighting our quest for a secure and dependable vehicle. Regrettably, our interaction with your dealership's pre-purchase i family with a newborn, highlighting our quest for a secure and dependable vehicle. Regrettably, our interaction with your dealership's pre-purchase inspection services fell short of expectations, raising concerns about the standards associated with the Volkswagen brand. Preparing to travel from Oregon to acquire a GTI from a third party, my primary focus was on ensuring a thorough examination of the vehicle to confirm its safety and rule out any aftermarket modifications. The inspection was completed, noting only the aftermarket wheels, which I was aware of. However, upon closer inspection before my drive back, I discovered two summer tires on the right side and two snow tires on the left. This oversight, if not caught, could have caused damage to my differential, posing a significant safety risk for my 900-mile journey home. Additionally, one tire was improperly mounted backward, lacking a proper bead set, further escalating the safety concerns that should have been promptly identified. Upon further examination by my mechanic in Oregon, it was revealed that the vehicle had numerous modifications, including updated suspension and engine modifications. Consequently, I now own a car without a warranty and potential safety issues, contrary to what I paid Strong Volkswagen to ensure. This departure from the safety and quality standards associated with the Volkswagen brand was deeply disheartening. More disconcerting was the failure of the inspection to identify critical engine modifications, posing potential safety hazards and warranty concerns. This lapse in attention to crucial safety matters could have had severe consequences during our long drive home, jeopardizing not only the vehicle's quality but also our trust in the dealership's commitment to customer safety. To compound our disappointment, the service manager, Chip Bryson, exhibited a regrettable level of rudeness. Instead of addressing the serious safety concerns raised, their response was limited to offering a refund solely for the inspection, suggesting that the issues should have been noted by the party from whom we purchased the vehicle. This response falls far short of the customer service and accountability we anticipated, especially given the gravity of the safety oversights. In light of these significant safety concerns and the inadequate customer service, I strongly recommend exploring alternative options for your vehicle needs. This recommendation is based on our diminished confidence in the dealership's ability to rectify their oversights, particularly those compromising the safety of the vehicle and its occupants. While I acknowledge that errors can occur in any process, the combination of these safety oversights and inadequate customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge the dealership to promptly review and rectify their inspection standards and customer service protocols, emphasizing the importance of customer safety and satisfaction. Strong Volkswagen, I expected more. More

I regret to inform you that my recent customer service experience was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I had the unfortunate encounter with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Wyatt Bryson. I must experience was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I had the unfortunate encounter with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Wyatt Bryson. I must share that he displayed a level of rudeness and disrespect that left me deeply disappointed. What added to my disappointment was the feeling of discrimination I experienced based on my accent and ethnicity during the interaction. In addition to the issue with Mr. Bryson’s behavior, I have concerns regarding the inspection of my vehicle. I am uncertain if the required inspection was conducted properly, and this further contributes to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. More
Had a horrible experience in service. Took them 5 days to run a 15 min diagnostic for a epc. Then auto assuming I used the wrong gas. When I fill it with the recommended grade. And found Took them 5 days to run a 15 min diagnostic for a epc. Then auto assuming I used the wrong gas. When I fill it with the recommended grade. And found out the loaner car program was a crock. After being told by a sales rep and the pamphlet saying I can get a loaner while in service with no limited stipulation. Since I work in transit I can’t be without a car. So never returning to strong vw. Since I can auto assume everything else is a crock. Anthony was my adviser he was just horrible in general. Review my call on Tuesday when I talked to him around 10am he had a condescending tone. He told me 2-3 days when I dropped and when I got him on tuesday. He said in a annoyed tone I told you 3 to 4 days acting like I bugged him more then once. I will be giving young vw in layton my business here on out. Since they haven’t treated me dirty once. I even gotten a loaner while they fixed my jettas shifter with no problem I had it for 6 days while waiting for parts and to have it installed. More
