The enitre Team at Strong VW does a wonderful job! The Management and Strong does an amazing job of selecting staff that go out of there way to recognize you as a customer/guest. Joe is amazing Joe, my service manager, is the best. I have owned over 40 cars and have never been treated so well and professionally. This man took care of my car Joe, my service manager, is the best. I have owned over 40 cars and have never been treated so well and professionally. This man took care of my car bumper to bumper in a timely fashion. The loaner he gave me made my life so easy while he sorted out my car over several days. Strong service is the best service. I had two flats and losing my mind but thank goodness for Chip and his guys in service who continuously come to my rescue every time! They took my key I had two flats and losing my mind but thank goodness for Chip and his guys in service who continuously come to my rescue every time! They took my keys and let me go back to work while they figured out a way to get my car into the shop and out with new tires! It's always nice to know I have someone to count on in service to make my worries go away while I'm at work. More
