Strong Volkswagen - Service Center

If I could give a zero I would. I bought/leased a new Atlas in May. Last month was my first trip where I ran into multiple error messages. Including remote starter not working, chip I bought/leased a new Atlas in May. Last month was my first trip where I ran into multiple error messages. Including remote starter not working, chip paint and window chip. The service dept to say the least has been a horrible experience. When I was first reached out to about my car and how it's going I explained I had some issues and wanted to get the vehicle checked. I was supposed to receive a call to schedule an appointment two separate times. No call. I decided to finally call and to get a live agent and not a rebot was a joke. When I finally spoke with April scheduling my services it was scheduled the wrong day, and I was also told due to the multiple service request it was set up wrong. I finally had an appointment on July 19 @ 9:40am where I am traveling from Utah county. I was told the night before I had to leave my vehicle for the weekend no prior heads up or communication about it. I asked is there a loaner vehicle I could use because I had to also work and had other obligations that day and I was told no loaners were available. I don't know how the service dept is ran but I've had nothing but issues. I still have not got my vehicle in. I reached out to Bridgette to express my frustration on Monday and I asked for a service manager to reach back out, and I still have not received a call. Cody is absolutely fantastic every time I've interacted with him. He just helped me today and did a rock chip repair even though there was a communication issue with the scheduling department. 10/10 servic with him.
