I have visited Dave Strong Volkswagen several times to lease new cars and buy old ones. I'm generally greeted by Matt Hansen, who is really just the nicest kind of guy you'd ever want to meet. He's always lease new cars and buy old ones. I'm generally greeted by Matt Hansen, who is really just the nicest kind of guy you'd ever want to meet. He's always courteous, professional, and ready to offer me some candy, or a place to sit. It's a good thing I'm not single, or I'd be shopping for more than cars at Dave Strong VW. More
I have purchased 3 cars from Strong Volkswagen. 2 New and 1 used. I have always been impressed at the way the salesman treat their clients. Matt & Eric are always courteous and don't treat you like a and 1 used. I have always been impressed at the way the salesman treat their clients. Matt & Eric are always courteous and don't treat you like a paycheck. They don't pressure you but let you know the facts and get you a great deal on a car. Strong Volkswagen has been a pleasure to work with on the sales side and the service side and they will take care of you too. Go see Matt or Eric! More
I leased my Touareg from Eric @ Strong VW, and he made the process quick and easy. He knew more about the car than I did, which is amazing because usually salespeople know next to nothing about the produ the process quick and easy. He knew more about the car than I did, which is amazing because usually salespeople know next to nothing about the product they're pitching. Every other VW dealership I visited seemed staffed by "salesman" who had read books on what to say to talk people into cars - Eric just answered my questions, showed me the features on my car, and got me a great deal! The process was straightforward, and the experience didn't feel like a "normal" car dealership at all - no line of guys outside smoking and waiting for the next customer to nail to the wall. Eric even has a ponytail! This is my third vehicle from Strong VW and I'm sure I'll be back for another as my lease expires. More
I worked with Eric though the internet and he gave me a price, and I shopped it around and another dealership said they can beat it out, and when I went into the other dealership they couldn't. So, I bough price, and I shopped it around and another dealership said they can beat it out, and when I went into the other dealership they couldn't. So, I bought from Eric at Strong VW and I wish I never went to Southtowne VW because they are liars. More
I recently bought a Touareg from Matt at Strong VW. I had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Volkswagen to contact this great dealership. Firstly, they were respectful a great experience and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a Volkswagen to contact this great dealership. Firstly, they were respectful of my time, 90% of the transaction was done via email / phone. The actual time I spent in the dealership was minimal. I received accurate, honest information and (most importantly) there weren't any surprises or changes when I went to sign the paperwork. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Strong VW, I love my Touareg! More
This dealership has broken several oral contracts related to service issues. I was told on Monday when my car went in for service that I would be getting new brakes. When I picked up the car on Friday I di to service issues. I was told on Monday when my car went in for service that I would be getting new brakes. When I picked up the car on Friday I did not have new brakes, but a bandaid repair job. At no time during the week was I notified of this change of action. I have been lied to regarding contacting customer representatives from the corporate offices by the dealership. I was informed that I would not be able to interact with this individual by the dealership, but corporate told me otherwise. Service people do not call back... the responsibility is put on the customer to follow-up. Several of the males in the service department are very condescending towards women; they act as if I don't have a clue about cars, as if I am not interested in my own car and I am not allowed to have an opinion related to the provided service. I have been encouraged to "give them all fives" on the corporate customer service survey, and "if I am not able to do that, I should contact the service department before taking the survey." They'll run you in circles so that you get tired and want to give up, ultimately allowing them to have taken advantage of you as a customer! More
