Mixed experience, some good but some dishonesty and sleeze I did get a very good deal there, because they were desperate to make a sale. The finance person attempted to sneak some warranty items on to my lease without even telling me. Luckily I had a lease calculator on my phone and caught her. They also lied about the interest rate (money factor), telling me that the rate was 1% when it was really 5%. Again, I caught them in this lie using my phone. Generally the experience reminded me of the "old days" where you deal with sleazy scammers. If you go, do your homework and bring an app (I recommend "Leasify" if you're leasing). Carlos and Derek in sales were very good and I would deal with them again, but I'm not sure I'd go to this dealership again due to the others. More

Why I won't recommend. I bought a 2013 Impala from Strong VW. It was the lowest mileage Impala in the north west with a very competitive price. The car was like new at about half the new price. As you can see from the stars everything was good to excellent but one. The reason Quality of Work was rated at only fair is because Strong VW did not service the vehicle as they said they did. I was checking out the Impala prior to service and I felt that the engine oil was not as clean as a fresh oil change with only 300 miles on it should be. But because the Impala only had 13,800 miles on it I thought that I would just change it when I got back home. I'm from out of state. While on the way home I was getting familiar with the Impala's monitoring system and found that the oil only had 20% of it's life left. That tells me, along with the not so clean oil, that the oil was not changed. Also sometime in the car's past someone had bumped a curb with the lower right bumper guard which gave it some mild scratches but separated the inner wheel well cover. It would have been a simple thing to just reset the retainers. It looks like they washed the car and sold it to me. The Impala is still a good deal for me. Simple cosmetic fix and a oil change. I still have over 22,000 mile of manufacture warranty. But Strong did not service the vehicle as I was told. So you decide. Thanks for reading. More
