From the time I made my phone call to Strong's Service Center until I picked up my Jetta after service completion the concern, care, customer support, superb communication keeping me appraised, etc. that I received from Robert Shinall & the technician who worked on my car far exceeds 'excellent'. Because of my experience I've had in the past I drive 45 mins out of my way to Strong's VW vs the local VW dealership service center in my area. The drive is well worth my time.
