My only critical feedback is that when the car was "cleaned" it was done very shoddily. After the test drive I noticed that there were crumbled cookies in the back seat so Eric had it taken for a final cleaning. While the bigger mess was cleaned, there were crumbs scattered all over the back seat still. I think they were a little rushed and didn't pay attention to detail there. More

My 30,000 mile service I arrived first thing in the morning to hopefully receive service early and wait for completion. This worked out perfectly.
