I wanted to make sure this major purchase was going to be a positive addition to my life, and I over thought to the point where I ruined the happiness of it. They promise one thing and don't deliver . They say they want to help, but then don't - but it's not their fault, their hands are "tied". Loyalty means nothing and is certainly not rewarded o .
