Ken, we apologize for the sales associate's failure in clearly explaining the incentive programs--as well as the Lifetime coverage that is free of charge on all of our new vehicles and EVEN the preowned vehicles that are newer than 2009 and under 100,000 miles. Our exclusive Lifetime coverage--is FREE and we assure you, the vast majority of the public infinitely appreciate and value the peace of mind this coverage brings to their entire ownership experience. It is also good throughout the country and will stay with you and the car throughout your entire ownership--even if you need to move or currently live out of state. This outstanding program is in fact, separate from our VIP Program of services of the unlimited car washes, windshield repair, dent, scratch, and paint touch-up that are also FREE Lifetime benefits. These free services are ABSOLUTELY given to our customers as our show of gratitude and appreciation, when our customers choose to take the time to "love us out loud". If nothing else, we love that all the reviews are living proof of all the happy customers we have had the privilege to serve and sell cars too. The VIP program is also quantifiable proof we will continue to look after our customers with exceptional care and free services, throughout their entire car ownership. And finally, your review also makes it very clear we need to be sure to clarify that the pricing programs, rebates and incentives come from the factory--the individual dealerships do not write the programs, or have the ability to grant incentives to a customer who is unable to prove qualification. Sincerely, we absolutely post our prices on our website, as well as literally on the walls of our dealership in every effort to be absolutely transparent. Some dealerships hide that information much like a poker hand--but we simply do not play games. Please understand, the incentives are manufacture REBATES that are given on the day of purchase, rather than a "mail-in" rebate that is similar to the coupons that often come with computer, appliances, TVs, etc. Also, make no mistake, we are completely honest by disclosing every incentive and program the factory offers each and every month. Our website very clearly provides all the pricing information on every link to each vehicle--and is not hidden or disguised with "fine print". We are also very clear in posting that this month's prices are based on a lease--which is also purchasing the vehicle. Again, please understand a lease is not a car rental, and every payment is paying off the car. Rest assured, we are number 1 in the state and number 4 in our region, because we have been able to help hundreds of customers secure outstanding deals on their new cars.
