Misleading Prices Earlier this morning, I began my internet search on Golf Alltracks. I noticed that your dealership had a blue 2017 TSI SE with 3,000 miles on it and Earlier this morning, I began my internet search on Golf Alltracks. I noticed that your dealership had a blue 2017 TSI SE with 3,000 miles on it and your website said it was $19,900. This of course sparked our interest so we drove to your dealership earlier this morning. When we arrived at your dealership, Tanner came to help us. I mentioned I was interested in the blue Golf Alltrack from the internet that was $19,900. He told me that the internet was wrong and that Strong Volkswagen had put the wrong pictures with the wrong car and price. I was disappointed but understood that mixups can happen. My husband and I proceeded to leave and noticed a blue Golf Alltrack parked out front that looked a lot like the one from the website, so I walked back in and asked how much that one would cost. He took out his paper and said, "this one is $19,900" so I gave him a funny look and asked him if we could drive this one. He went inside to get the keys and came out and said that someone is actually looking at buying this one. Again, I reluctantly understood this was again out of his control and gave him our phone numbers and asked him to call us if another one came on the lot again in this price range. My husband and I drove out to Southtown to look at some Golf Alltracks because they had some good prices, not like the one for $19,900, but still some good prices. We did a lot of test driving different models and actually started on some paper work, but then Tanner called us and said that the sell fell through and the 2017 blue Golf Alltrack for $19,900 is still available. I asked him again if the price was $19,900 and I even wrote it down while sitting at the other dealership and Tanner said, Yes! So we left Southtown and went back to Strong. When we got to Strong, Tanner was happy to see us but then he informed us that the paper he looked on was actually wrong. The price of the car is not $19,900 it's actually $22,900. So now, the internet was wrong and the pictures were wrong and the price is wrong.... is anything right? Even when I asked him on the phone before we left Southtown if the price was really $19,900. He said these things happen, and I replied that it's pretty unfortunate that it all happened to him and to the same customer all on the same day. He was pretty convinced that Strong would be able to "work" to get the price down and hopefully get us into our targeted $400 a month price point, but honestly, with so many mistakes and misleading or whatever you may call it in advertising - salesman or management - I don't trust Strong Volkswagen. To add fuel to an already angry situation, when we got home, we received a text from Tanner. He said he looked on the internet and he didn't even see the car we wanted in that price point and he is an honest man and would never purposefully mislead anyone. So of course, I pulled up the Strong website, and ironically enough the car we were enquiring about is now priced at $22,900. I know for a fact this particular car was discounted $11,000 because I said to my husband, "hey, it's $11,000 discounted". Now there is not one car discounted for $11,000 on your website. So now, it's the end of our Saturday and we have basically waisted it. We walked out on a deal at Southtown to buy a car from Strong that was falsely advertised to us. I am truly disappointed in your dealership. I plan on writing a negative review on every site possible! More

Can't use "Car Salesman" as an insult anymore. I walked into Strong VW with a budget in mind and a strong belief of what options I was looking for in a car. Jeron, the car salesman that helped me was awesome. I explained to Jeron what I was looking for and he put me in the perfect car. He didn't waste my time by constantly pushing upgrades on me. Jeron was very helpful in getting me in a car that I wanted, as ospposed to most car salesman that try and put you in a vehicle that better suits them. Additionally, what I paid for the Jetta I bought was well below MSRP! More

With excellent help from Barry, Tim, and Frank they were able to help me get a brand new 2017 Passat at a montly payment I could afford. Barry never once made me feel pressured, he was honest and upfront. He took time to understand my situation as an individual. I cannot thank him, Tim and Frank enough because they said yes when everyone else told me no. My wife and I will never go anywhere else when it is time to trade up.
