Avoid, I was ripped off and still is a hassle Avoid Strong. Or if you must go to Strong, avoid Tony. I went there last year to buy a car and was wanting to do a cash deal. He kept the sales pit Avoid Strong. Or if you must go to Strong, avoid Tony. I went there last year to buy a car and was wanting to do a cash deal. He kept the sales pitch for the lease. After he kept pushing saying it will be the best deal; we went over the numbers of the lease and showing what the final price was going to cost. Believing the numbers I decided to go with it.... the Final price was $2k over what I was willing to pay and cost more than the cash deal would have. I called and confronted Tony and told the guy there was no way in xxxx I would have paid that for it. Tony, being the "stellar" salesman he is, told me I wouldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere for the same car... I ended up showing him a contract of the same car from a different dealer that I purchased, that was sold out of under me, that was cheaper... He never responded after that... To top it off, after I bought the car off as we had previously discussed, they spelt my name wrong on the Title! Thanks for the extra pain in the xxx! With that said, Ken Garf sold me a car that was either already sold or sold it to someone else afterwards... Atleast they didn't xx me or rip me off... In hindsight I should have given them another chance. Furthermore, Strong did a xxxx poor job detailing the car when it was supposed to be picked up. debris on the interior and parts of the protection wrap still on... Pulse is another rip off they pre-install on a car... The fact they wouldn't negotiate that off the buy should have been a big indicator they are trash... $500 for a device that makes your tail light "blink". Pump your breaks same result. The system is another ploy just to rip you off. 11-04-17: Had the recent displeasure of a third party damaging a key and fortunately they made everything good by replacing the key and covering the costs to recode them all... Unfortunately, when I took all the keys in to get recoded it was discovered the second key I was given by Strong VW was wrong. The cut was not for my car... Upon contacting Strong, hoping they would make everything right, Tony told me he found the key and would get it out to me on Monday. I figured, xxxx they do have some code of ethics. But they would not cover the recoding which is another $130, they would take care of it if I was local. When I bought the car, he knew I was moving out of the state and wasn't going to be around for a while. He is responsible for the issue and at the least I figured they would make it right... but because my keys had already been recoded they wouldn't touch it. Thank god it lasted a little over a week otherwise I would have incurred some hefty locksmith fees trying to access or even use my car... But because I am already an unhappy customer, they do not want to invest in trying to make it right... Long story short, had they provided me with the correct key, the issue wouldn't be a problem and I would be looking at a $130 recode fee or $200 in gas to get there to have it done... As a result, I talked to a sales manager to hopefully resolve the issue in a positive manner... The sales manager handed me off to Tony to resolve the issue... Back to square one... Unfortunately, I did not get the managers name... maybe I am a one off and xxxx happen, but they sure as xxxx haven't made much of an attempt to make things better or even change my opinion of them or the company... never again. hassle free and helpfull I went to Strong looking for new jetta to drive as a commuter car. My only 'deal breaker' was it had to have a manual transmission. The other Volkswagon dealership in the area told me they couldn't get the 2017's with a manual anymore. When I got to Strong the didn't have a manual either but that didn't stop them from finding one. A few days later I got a call that they had located and ordered one. I had to wait a few days for it to arrive but it was worth every second. Jeron, the salesman, was hassle free and low pressure. He found the car I wanted and kept my in the loop the whole time. All the paperwork was smooth, easy, and quick (20 minutes). It was all filled out before I showed up to pick up the car. Great experience. More

It was awesome I came in earlier than they were open to find an S model.
