"Above & Beyond Sales Experience provided by Brian Gulash" Looking for a Classic Truck is a very personal and exciting experience but one that requires a lot of patience and due diligence, I've been at it 3 ye Looking for a Classic Truck is a very personal and exciting experience but one that requires a lot of patience and due diligence, I've been at it 3 years now! I contacted Streetside Classics in Tampa to let them know I was interested in a Truck they had but that I was located in Canada and had many questions that I needed answered before flying to Tampa. Sales Professional, Brian Gulash took the call and was able to answer every question I had and he sent me additional information and pictures over the next few days that provided me with the information I needed. We flew into Tampa a few days later, they picked us up at the Airport and provided a great tour of their amazing facility and of course the Truck I came to buy. Brian & the team at Streetside Classics offer a unique sales experience, absolutely NO pressure and make sure you get into the vehicle of your dreams. More
Deceptive Business Practices I recently purchased a 1967 Chevelle from these guys. I was purchasing from out of state so i spoke with a salesman at length about the car. He assure I recently purchased a 1967 Chevelle from these guys. I was purchasing from out of state so i spoke with a salesman at length about the car. He assured me the car was straight and had absolutely no rust, which he said would have been noticed on the call out list if it had been present. I was financing the car and my lender required an appraisal so the salesman recommended one that they frequently utilize. Not surprisingly, the appraisal came back favorably and I was able to get financing from my lender. I flew from CA to Tampa, purchased the car, and drove it home to TX. When I arrived I took the car to my mechanic due to some driveline issues i experienced on the trip home. My mechanic put the car on the rack and discovered the car was unsafe to operate on the roadway. The frame was rusted through with several holes and structurally unsound. There is evidence that someone attempted to straighten the frame and tore the frame at the front end, which was hammered back in place and tack welded. The tie rod end was wearing a hole in the oil pan. The break lines were not attached to the frame. There was also evidence of rust throughout the floor pan. Clearly not the rust free straight car the salesman had represented. As it is a violation of both FL and US law for a dealership to sell an unsafe vehicle to me I contacted the sale manager and spoke with him about the condition of the car and requested he rectify the situation. He was unwilling to do anything about this issue. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this dealer. More

We were greeted by Dave Pfister who answered our questions and would be available to answer any additional questions we had. He walked away and we walked freely among the huge inventory of classic cars; reminiscing about cars we had or remembered ones from our past. I then observed a 1978 Lincoln Mark V Continental. I looked it over and I knew it was "the car". We returned to the office and met with the salesman and agreed on a price. The only problem being I was returning to Ohio the next day. Dave Pfister assisted in the purchase and shipping process. He was never pushy but was straight forward and direct with his answers. The way I believe a good sales person should be. More

The moment I stepped in the Tampa showroom, I was impressed with the staff and the myriad of vehicles in the showroom. A great way to buy a classic car I felt Scott and Streetside Classics did a fantastic job. From the beginning in helping me feel comfortable with my purchase even explaining to me tha I felt Scott and Streetside Classics did a fantastic job. From the beginning in helping me feel comfortable with my purchase even explaining to me that they really wanted only happy customers. And then to say,not to proceed with the purchase unless I was sure of what I was buying and it was the right decision for me. Not many companies in retail especially car dealerships take that stance. And it was one stop shopping, they have a finance company that finances classic cars, which was a huge help. And a Insurance company that will insure them. I really did not have to go thru Painstaking web searches to get everything done. The insurance company worked directly with the bank and the bank and Scott worked in harmony together. It all came together seamlessly. If you want to purchase a classic car or truck. You have found the right place! Thank you guys, it was fun and a pleasure doing business with you. Brett More
Integrity I purchased a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle from Streetside Classics. The salesman who assisted me was Scott Remington. Everything about the experience can I purchased a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle from Streetside Classics. The salesman who assisted me was Scott Remington. Everything about the experience can be summed up with "integrity". That includes the service as well as the car... A 45 year old Volkswagen can have many issues. Rust is a major concern. The dozens of pictures on the vehicle listing captured many areas that you'd want to look at. There was also a video of start-up and driving of the car. Scott attempted to answer all my questions. He was honest with me about areas for which he could not provide information. He also put me in touch with a transporter as the car had to be moved to Mississippi. I have found no "surprises" now that I have possession of the car. Zero rust anywhere! The engine is sound for one it's age (the car actually has a 1500 motor in it from 1969). This was not misrepresented in the listing as a motor number was supplied, and I understood what it meant. Improvements include an alternator and pointless distributor (which I was able to discern in advance from the listing photos). It turns out that the car is a carefully repainted and well cleaned up "original" car, not a "replace everything" restoration. Someone took good car of it for 45 years. I intend to carry on with just that! Jeff Gilbert Jackson, MS More
