Working with streetside-Nashville was the easiest and best experience in buying a car I could possibly ask for. John was great. Will be back! best experience in buying a car I could possibly ask for. John was great. Will be back! More
Very sketchy dealership. I purchased a 1967 Chevy Nova. Sales person followed through on nothing. I do however expect that when dealing car sales people. Although the car loo I purchased a 1967 Chevy Nova. Sales person followed through on nothing. I do however expect that when dealing car sales people. Although the car looks great, when it arrived the front end was so out of alignment it was not safe to drive. I didn't catch this in the video until after the fact, but you can hear the tire's squealing as they drive away. That was a $700.00 repair with a lot of additional suspension work yet to be done. The major concern however, is the over heating and low oil pressure, (less than 5 pounds at idle) as well as the random knock in the engine. Currently the engine is coming out of the car to diagnose the issue. After reading multiple bad BBB reviews about StreetSide, it is apparent they stand behind nothing. They are a typical money grab screw the customer dealership. That being said, I will use social media to warn unsuspecting customer as well as sharing this story at car shows across the country. More
Had a negative experience with the Nashville location but the president Robert Mueller reached out to me and made things right. This is one great company that cares about their customers. I contacted Streetside Classics last fall about selling my 1969 Ford F100. Derek responded very quickly, answered all my questions, and helped me get everything done. When they had someone interested o my 1969 Ford F100. Derek responded very quickly, answered all my questions, and helped me get everything done. When they had someone interested or an offer, they contacted me to see if I wanted to accept the offer, adjust my price , or decline. It took about 4 months for my truck to sell, but once it did, I received a call to come get my check! I highly recommend Streetside Classics to anyone wanting to sell a vehicle. They also have an amazing collection of vehicles for sale. On the day I picked up my check, it was hard to put it in my pocket and walk away. I was tempted to buy one of the vehicles in their showroom. More
UPDATED 5/5- Brad has yet to do what is right to address the shady practices of Streetside Nashville. The car I purchased based on lies from Jim Gorel, and backed by Brad Mueller, is actually a bigger tu the shady practices of Streetside Nashville. The car I purchased based on lies from Jim Gorel, and backed by Brad Mueller, is actually a bigger turd than first suspected. It truly blows my mind at how shady these clowns really are. MUST READ! The only difference between these clowns and any other sleazy used car dealer is these clowns specialize in classic cars! I truly thought that they would have some integrity but they do not. NONE! Jim Gorel is the sales rep (con man) I had the displeasure of dealing with. Prior to the sale it was "here's my cell number, reach out anytime". Once I transferred the funds he started ghosting me. Literally would not respond at all. The two things they are amazing at are writing descriptions and taking photos. Had the car I purchased been what they described it would have been a little over priced. It wasn't even close so it was $15k over priced. It was described as a one family car and Jim (the liar) told me it came from a family in South Carolina and had original paperwork. That was partly true. There was paper work, but the sale paperwork is from a used car dealer in Russellville, AL. A couple of the direct questions I asked and Jim lied to me about- Does the A/C blow ice cold? His answer was "it blows gold, but not ice cold. Probably needs a charge." Flat out lie. It didn't blow at all because the compressor was locked up and didn't have a belt. Are there any warning lights lit up on the dash? His answer was "No." Another lie. The brake light lt up instantly after plugging the sensor back up. Does the radio work? "yes, am/fm cassette". That was a lie. If you call loud static a "working radio", then yea, it works. Are there any leaks? "nope". Another lie, the transmission leaks. I spent over 2 months looking for what I wanted. I found this car and based on the photos and description it fit the bill. I made the mistake of really believing that this place wasn't your typical used car dealer. I wanted badly to believe these clowns were straight up. Anything but. Told me car would be ready to load when I got there. It wasn't. Battery was dead and it was still buried in the warehouse. The list of things wrong with this car is disturbing. I'm still in shock that these people could be this dishonest. More
