Lucas took a great deal of time with us and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him for his effort and integrity in helping us buy this vehicle... and worked delivery logistics and several other requests and never missed a beat. Jeff Lackey More

They were both very responsive to my requests for information during both the vehicle assessment, my on site visit and inspection, coordinating a professional mechanics inspection, and all the way through the finalization of the sales contract and delivery of the vehicle. Throughout the process, Lucas provided professional zero pressure sales assistance that I found very helpful in making a well informed purchase. I had a very positive experience working with Lucas and Kelley. More

Very Disappointed The truck looked great in the pictures....but pictures don't describe how the vehicle drove. so when I asked the salesperson, Lucas I believe, he said The truck looked great in the pictures....but pictures don't describe how the vehicle drove. so when I asked the salesperson, Lucas I believe, he said it road and drove just fine. The truck was delivered in early November and I have yet to drive the truck. The front suspension had to be completely rebuilt as I was lead to believe that the suspension had dropped spindles when in fact the springs were heated and lowered to an unsafe driving condition. the oil pan had broken dipstick pieces in it and plenty of metal shavings along with a very bad rear main seal. The rear end had large metal pieces floating around and needed to be completely rebuilt......After investing over $7000.00 to make the truck safe and road worthy it's almost ready to be put back on the road. Oh yeah, still waiting for the gas card Lucas was going to send because the truck arrived and had to be pushed out of the trailer because it had no gas......Poor service, deceptive descriptions and untruthful. For what I paid it wasn't worth the price!!! Would not recommend this agency. More

I had purchased a 1941 Willys Coupe from there location in North Carolina and bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. The car was as described by the sales people and well represented thru the pictures that were taken of the car. The second car purchased was a 1932 Ford Coupe from there Nashville location as a Christmas present for my wife. Again the description and the pictures of the car were excellent which prompted a ride from Indiana to inspect the car. Upon arrival Jim greeted us and had the car on the lift for our inspection. The wife loved the car and also one other that was on hand...there could be a third purchase...A big thanks to Jim who spent 5 hours that day answering every question that we had. I also plan on having one of my other vehicles delivered to the Nashville location to be sold. One must remember that your a buying a USED vehicle!!...The one thing that i found troubling was that on both vehicles purchased that if the sellers were a little more forthcoming about the obvious items wrong with the vehicles there would have been no surprises. By no means is Streetside at fault for that. Great people to do business with!! More

When someone is spending in excess of $ 60 or 70 thousand dollars to purchase a vehicle, you would think that they would provide the ultimate customer service, doing things like providing a 20 minute ride to or from the airport, instead of letting the customer having to get a cab... which is a total rip off in Nashville... or, once the vehicle is paid for, in full, one would think they would immediately send the ownership papers to the new owner, via overnight service, NOT via USPS over a week later.... it's the little things in life that make the deal, and the dealer, a class act... and, make the customer want to come back and maybe buy another vehicle from them. ( or in my case.. make me think twice about going back. ) More

My Dream Come True First of all, I need to tell you I have been a Corvette fan all my life. I have owned many in my lifetime and as a matter of fact, this car I have purchased from Streetside Classics made #48 for my collection to date. I found this particular car (53/03 Corvette Convertible 50th Anniversary Commemorative Edition designed by AAT #29 of 200) completely by accident. Three months ago I found a 1998 Corvette, which I purchased. I put it in my man cave/garage & put a car cover over it to keep out the dust & dirt. I wasn't happy with that because I couldn't look at it anymore! I found myself daydreaming about a time when I had heard about a possible 50th anniversary model that would honor & celebrate the style of the first Corvette. That's when I jumped on the Web to do some research, not knowing exactly what to expect. Quite honestly, when I first laid eyes on this car, it was love at first sight. I was hooked! I called Streetside to discuss the car and spoke with Lucas Norman. He was very helpful, straightforward, honest & personable. I felt like I could trust him like an old friend. When I made an offer on the car, he countered with a lower offer, which is unheard of in the sales business. The owner felt it wasn't perfect and wanted to be fair. Frankly, I believe this car is worth much more than I paid and exceeds all my expectations. When I arrived to purchase the car, it was on a Saturday and Streetside was in the middle of a customer appreciation day. We would have stayed to enjoy it, but it was a long drive ahead of us back to Indiana. As we were leaving, Brian Mueller helped load the car and was very knowledgeable about securing it to the trailer. On the way home, our route took us by the Corvette museum and factory and the response was unreal. There were Corvettes everywhere on the interstate & the car got unbelievable attention. They were shouting, honking, taking pictures, just general mayhem! My friend Mike provided the nice truck & trailer and donated his time and had never experienced anything like what we experienced. About two weeks later, I called Streetside and spoke with Kelley Archibald. She was more than helpful and as a matter of fact, bent over backwards in my opinion to answer any questions I might have. She was more than happy to provide me with all photographs they had taken on a CD and also the fabulous live video presentation they had recorded of the car. I would highly recommend this company. They have other offices across the country that could very possibly have the car of your dreams! More
