We are sorry the customer is not satisfied with their purchase. We do our best to disclose what we know. In this case, as is done with most transactions, supplemental photos and videos were provided by the Sales Associate, beyond what our website shows, which incidentally highlighted the flaws the buyer mentions. In full disclosure, we additionally offer vehicle lift usage, test drives of the vehicle to ensure it fits specific needs, and further discussion to disclose and alleviate any previously mentioned concerns. Private party inspections are also welcomed. This buyer also had the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party company. There were faults brought to the customer’s attention, including the disc brake discrepancy being noticed and pointed out to the buyer prior to purchase. The buyer had the ability to not purchase the vehicle at that point, ask additional questions, or even have another inspector come out if he wasn’t happy with what the current inspector provided. This inspectors contact info was provided after we were asked for a referral for one by the buyer. We are open to any and all inspection companies to come visit our showrooms for buyers so they have a full understanding of what they are purchasing. The bottom line is, this buyer was well informed, and made a decision to purchase on his own accord. Furthermore, we proudly display our vehicles in their true form without any sort of photo alteration. You can see reflections from our overhead lights, to nearby cars and equipment around the photo booth. We are all about transparency and candid discussions with our customers.

First and foremost, we are sorry the customer was not satisfied with the gorgeous 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air he purchased from us. In the case, of this vehicle we were up front in our listings and included information in three different areas, including word for word in our write-up, that the vehicle had a salvage title. We were not hiding anything from any buyer. We realize our buyers must rely on us to give them the required information to make an informed and educated decision should they purchase. The customer who purchased this vehicle first saw our listing on eBay. Ebay requires us to give them proper title status, or the car wont post. It reads it in 2 different places on their site, one location, next to the main photo on our ad, immediately below the year, make, and model. Making this designation viewable in 3 different locations. We feel the situation is unfortunate and hope to come to a mutual agreement with the customer regarding this situation.
