Shopping with Streetside Classics was an incredible experience! The quality and quantity of cars was amazing. I chose a car and made an offer- easy, right? It was! My only downside was that I had chosen a car that had not been through the full Streetside check in process. Tray was helpful throughout the locating of the info for us and the test drive. We signed papers and exchanged the "deposit" without a hitch. The Hitch........ We were first time buyers with Streetside and not familiar with the consignment process. We were from out of state- SC. It would have been reassuring to understand the way in which Streetside does business. This process was not explained for us to understand time frames or the procedure. We had our title the following week so time was not actually an issue. It was, however, an odd feeling to have our car delivered, but no paperwork or anything from Streetside. We literally left our payment with no receipt provided. We were thanked and told that they would get to work on the title/ bill of sale. We didn't distrust Tray or Streetside. It would have been thoughtful and helpful to be in the loop of the policy and procedure. A suggestion for consideration. More
