It was the most pleasureable experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle! This time, I brought my baby in for a 20,000 mile check up, Josh, was great got me in to Fransisco,, who did the service! Fast and efficiently! They followed up with sending me a video explaining what was done and the condition of my vehicle, I loved that added touch, you actually have a good understanding of what they do and the process! I would add, that if possible you should always purchase a warranty of some sort; a great value for $99 dollars one time fee; to take me to 30,000 mile check! I have not paid for an oil change or service check,, great bang for your buck! I will be purchasing another warranty before this one is up for the next 30,000 miles or more! When they work on it and also do a detail they are very thorough and excellent in their work. They do such a professional job. it is very obvious that Greg's staff really respects him. They all go above and beyond to please a customer and make sure the outcome is as perfect as possible. I will always bring my van in to be worked on when needed and now my husband just bought a pickup from there and he will be using the service department as well if needed be. We had a great experience buying our pick up there. Volkswagen is wonderful and we will definitely recommend it to anyone. From the sales to the service department y'all are amazing! My Jetta repairs I drive a certified pre-owned 2013 Jetta that was purchased through Street VW of Amarillo by my son and his wife following the theft of my car in late I drive a certified pre-owned 2013 Jetta that was purchased through Street VW of Amarillo by my son and his wife following the theft of my car in late Dec. 2016, The Jetta arrived at Street Volkswagen of Amarillo with parking-related damage to the left front and rear bumpers but otherwise in excellent condition. Today, it was returned to me following the repairs with new paint and I was provided a very nice 'loaner' from Street VW during the week of repairs. The Jetta looks great! Great space. Came in for my oil change 30 early. Christian was able to help me right away. I told him I also needed my rear passenger tire looked at due to it def Came in for my oil change 30 early. Christian was able to help me right away. I told him I also needed my rear passenger tire looked at due to it deflating. He told me it would be an hour and a half wait. Which I didn't mind. Christian introduced me to their great show room and waiting area full of snacks and drinks. The wait was longer than he said but was very apologetic about it. Plus it wasn't his fault and theirs nothing wrong with waiting in a comfortable area with amenities. Unfortunately my patch in the tire did not hold and I had to go to discount tire the next day because it was closest to my work. Overall the experience was good. I'll go back thanks to Christian. More
