Professional service but short handed I had my Lexus RX350 serviced with an oil & filter change with tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment but the service took 1 1/2 hours. Having a history in this area, an hour should have been the max time to complete this task. I believe they operate with a shortage of manpower. Scheduling appointments should have meaning. The previous time I went as a walk in and the time of service was about the same. I parked the Lexus and I will check the torque on all nuts and check the guild level. This place has a practice of overfilling. This time I asked Josh to ask the mechanics not to overfill. I hope they followed through. If not, I’ll be making another review concerning this service. You should not overfill the oil level; it’s there for a reason. More

Above & Beyond Service We live in Minnesota and since my daughter attends college in Texas she purchased her first car in Texas. Unfortunately, she was taken advantage of by another dealer and discovered 24 hours later the vehicle she purchased in cash, was basically worthless and they refused to make it right. She was absolutely devastated and it was difficult to help her to the extent we wanted to since we live out of state. Thankfully I made the right call to Street Volkswagen and they treated my daughter like their own. Jerry Ripley took control of a desperate situation, took his time and made sure my daughter had another viable option. My husband and I put our trust in them and they kept their promises. Professional, trustworthy, compassionate and fair are a few words to describe what a wonderful experience this has been with them. Jerry and Street Volkswagen took a negative situation and turned it into a positive one. My daughter is out a great deal of money from the first car purchase however, this has been a learning experience for us all. Looking at the positive in all of this, we found a dealership that cares about the customer, has good intentions and if anyone intends to purchase a vehicle we highly recommend them. Above and Beyond I had issues with my antenna on my new Tiguan. I live in west Texas and it is quite a drive for a service visit, and I had already been up once. They sent Jason down to pick up my car, left me with a very nice Jetta, and took my car back and fixed it the right way. The staff gives more than a 100%, whether you are buying a car or getting it serviced. There is a VW dealership in my area, but they can't compete with Street Volkswagen. It is worth the drive to Amarillo for such great treatment. More

Unexpected new car I came to the dealership for the first time to get my AC fixed. Long story short, I left with a newer car. I wasn’t planning on trading my car in that day, but I’m so much happier I did and now I have piece of mind with my newer car. More
