I was looking for a big vehicle for my family. I saw a used car that my wife was interested in and decided to take a look. Our sales experience was absolutely amazing. Joel was absolutely attentive and did an amazing job. He made remarks about me being “stretched out” and “close to my limit” even tho he knows nothing about me, as my credit was not even checked at the dealership. This is a second vehicle and i had a specific price and rate already worked out with my bank. I felt very belittled by him, and honestly started to just leave. However, I did not want to have wasted Joel’s time. So I put up with it and just moved along. IF I bought another vehicle there I would absolutely not work with that finance manager. More
