Cole & Will did an excellent job in answering all of our questions, of which there were many since neither my wife nor I had ever looked at VW products or driven VW products until this visit. They were so very welcoming and kind that it made this purchasing experience stand out as quite unique, especially since we purchase new cars every 2 years and have done many new car purchase transactions, but none like they introduced us to.
