The folks at Street were so helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on with the whole emissions issue. When I determined that I wanted VW to buy back the diesel and that I desired to purchase a new, gas-powered Golf, Joel Owens took the time to explain how the whole process would work, and he and Shane Giese found the EXACT car I was looking for. It was ready and waiting for me when I came in for my buyback appointment. (Many thanks to Sarah Powell for taking the time to explain various features of my new car.) The buyback and the purchase of the new car took less than two hours. The whole process was amazingly painless! I was able to drive away in my nice clean, brand-new car! Best Car-Buying Experience Ever This was absolutely the best dealership experience ever! I had received a quote from another dealer but didn't like how pushy they were so I contacted This was absolutely the best dealership experience ever! I had received a quote from another dealer but didn't like how pushy they were so I contacted Justin at Street VW. I sent him the deal sheet and he replied back within a few minutes that they would beat it. I told Justin that I was from out of town but could drive down that evening to pick it up. When I got there, he had all of the paperwork ready, and even had the windows tinted for me. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour including him going over the car, looking at my trade, and talking with another employee that I had graduated high school with. Justin is a military veteran and conducts himself as such. In my experience, everything that he said would happen, did and I am more than pleased. Thanks Justin and Street VW for the great service.
