My Jetta repairs I drive a certified pre-owned 2013 Jetta that was purchased through Street VW of Amarillo by my son and his wife following the theft of my car in late I drive a certified pre-owned 2013 Jetta that was purchased through Street VW of Amarillo by my son and his wife following the theft of my car in late Dec. 2016, The Jetta arrived at Street Volkswagen of Amarillo with parking-related damage to the left front and rear bumpers but otherwise in excellent condition. Today, it was returned to me following the repairs with new paint and I was provided a very nice 'loaner' from Street VW during the week of repairs. The Jetta looks great! Excellent customer service I happen to live in Washington State. And have tried to find a needle in a haystack (2015 golf hatchback fully loaded, and a diesel). The car I wanted was located in Texas and Joel and his finance person Micah, walked me through the whole process of buying/financing and shipping the car, and could not have been more helpful. I also believe they are a very honest dealership, so that put me at ease during this process. But, I actually did not buy the car from them only because I was able to find the car closer to home in California and have a son who lives there help with that. So, even though I didn't get the car there, I would not hesitate to work with Joel and this dealership in the future! I truly appreciated all that they did to try and help me get the car I wanted!
