When Dominic came out the first thing I saw was this big smile on his face it looked so welcoming. The car we came for originally had been taken for auction, at that point I was pretty disappointed but then Dominic said "don't worry lets go see if we can find you something else, do you like Volkswagens?" I said yes but I this point I was pretty uninterested. After looking at some cars he sat there and explained everything I mean EVERYTHING to our understanding even though I felt like I was repeating things he already said. We ended up getting a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. Overall Dominic gave us options instead of shoving a car down our throat at the same time he answered all our questions and he was very patient with us especially me, he just made the environment great for us, made us very comfortable and free he even took a picture of me my mom and the car 😊.
