Honestly the best experience I could get! I went in thinking I was just going to get a car shoved in my face and they do everything possible for me to get that specific car. After talking about some cars that I've already looked at, he told me there was a way to go search cars from other places to get the one I wanted. After not even 5 minutes of going to search a car up, he brought back a paper of a car that could possibly be the one and it was! He said after it shipped in from PA he was going to put a big bow on it and sure enough he did! They even went the extra mile and made paperwork easy for my Papaw who lives 7 hours away. I now drive my dream Challenger and I can't thank Cisco enough! Now all my roommates will be shopping here too! More

As a military family, soon to be stationed overseas, we had a unique set of requirements and questions. Joel came out to greet me, pointed out several models and we went for a test drive. On the way out of the lot, he pointed out a certified pre-owned VW Touareg. It was beautiful, although i feared priced out of our range. After test driving the Tiguan, I told Joel that I wanted to come back later and drive the Touareg with my father, as my husband was deployed overseas. He sent me with any pertinent paperwork, including the Carfax, and was understanding and patient. After driving the Touareg, Joel discussed some of the finance offers available, but did not push me to make a decision. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Joel and Jeanine handled all of the necessary paperwork online or via text. It was the simplest car buying process I have ever encountered. I came in to sign the paperwork and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I came in the next afternoon (as they tinted the windows for me.) and delivery with Marcellina was wonderful. She went through all the features of the vehicle to make sure I knew how to use and set preferences on them. I can not say enough great things about the entire staff at Street VW, but Joel stands out as a true star. He went above and beyond to get me into a car that suits all of our needs with the style and handling that you expect to find in a Volkswagen. More
