Outstanding sale/customer service I had already found a vehicle at another dealership but Street VW had a more attractive color at a higher advertised price. After a phone call with Ky I had already found a vehicle at another dealership but Street VW had a more attractive color at a higher advertised price. After a phone call with Kyle I got on a plane from Dallas an they were reasonable to match a competing deal. Service from July and Kyle was outstanding. I had overlooked a small issue on my new purchase and these guys went out of their way to make it right despite having zero obligation to do so. Jeanine was outstanding working with my private financing and I was never pressured to keep it in house if I didint want to. I was hesitant to even contact Street VW base on a higher advertised price than what I was looking for and reading a few reviews that were less than positive. In the end Im glad I called and got a great deal with outstanding service that exceeded my expectations. More

I saw that their reviews were excellent so I gave it a shot since the car that I wanted was on their lot. I am a Pennsylvania resident so buying a car all the way from Texas I thought would be a bit of a struggle but nope Street Volkswagen made my experience wonderful! My sales representative Dominic helped me tremendously along the way and gave me a sense of satisfaction knowing everything will move fast and smoothly. (which it did) it only took about two weeks total for paper work and shipment of my vehicle to get to me and I was very very pleased with this company. Although I didn't go and see the vehicle I purchased I trusted them and I'm glad that I made the move to make a business deal with Street Volkswagen of Amarillo Texas. Dominic was a very pleasant sales rep and since having the car, if I came across any questions I was able to reach Dominic immediately. If anyone who is looking to purchase out of state I highly recommend this dealership!! More

When they work on it and also do a detail they are very thorough and excellent in their work. They do such a professional job. it is very obvious that Greg's staff really respects him. They all go above and beyond to please a customer and make sure the outcome is as perfect as possible. I will always bring my van in to be worked on when needed and now my husband just bought a pickup from there and he will be using the service department as well if needed be. We had a great experience buying our pick up there. Volkswagen is wonderful and we will definitely recommend it to anyone. From the sales to the service department y'all are amazing!
