My two children were with me and they never bugged me to leave because cole and his team mates made them feel comfortable and welcomed too so we could shop and conduct business. It was the most pleasureable experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle! This time, I brought my baby in for a 20,000 mile check up, Josh, was great got me in to Fransisco,, who did the service! Fast and efficiently! They followed up with sending me a video explaining what was done and the condition of my vehicle, I loved that added touch, you actually have a good understanding of what they do and the process! I would add, that if possible you should always purchase a warranty of some sort; a great value for $99 dollars one time fee; to take me to 30,000 mile check! I have not paid for an oil change or service check,, great bang for your buck! I will be purchasing another warranty before this one is up for the next 30,000 miles or more!
