Moses Most important did not make me feel pressured or rushed he made me feel like he would always be there no matter when I came back. He said when my husband and I needed to do it when we were ready and comfortable Because he wanted it to be right for us. He knew how important It was for us going to the process of buying a home and made it top priority that we put that first and finances because cars will always be around but a home valued at a much higher cost. Well worth it! HIGHLY recommended! Long story short, we had been looking for an atlas for about a month and all of our local dealerships just didn’t do a great job at contacting us, coo Long story short, we had been looking for an atlas for about a month and all of our local dealerships just didn’t do a great job at contacting us, coordinating their inventory on the lot, or supplying us with enough information to make us feel secure with our potential purchase. We finally found Street VW out of Amarillo, which was about four hours away from us, but from the very beginning point of contact they were truly amazing. We drive up on a Saturday afternoon (it happened to also the day they have a huge VW bug car show ~~ they had food and it was an amazing experience in itself) and were greeted by James. He was tremendous in the curation of our deal to get the atlas, as well as I believe a sales manager and two men by the names of JJ and July. Everyone was wonderful, welcoming and extremely helpful. We love our atlas and couldn’t be happier with thr dealership we bought from. Highly highly recommended!! More

What car buying is supposed to be like I arrived at Street VW completely deflated and on the verge of tears. A friend of mine had recommended them after I told her about the less than stellar (and that’s putting it politely) experience I just had at another local dealership. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by the ladies at the front desk who directed me to the specific gentleman I had been referred to. Once in Jerry’s office he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I almost forgot about my horrible experience an hour prior. He showed an immense amount of patience as I had him trekking through the lot, unable to make my mind up on black or white, car or SUV, new or used (you get the picture.) Once I had my options narrowed down to 2-3 he broke down all the finite details of each so I would really be sure of my decision. He helped me with my financing options and explained everything in depth. I never felt pressured or swayed into anything one way or the other which was so refreshing in a “sales” environment. After having decided on “The One” they made the paperwork and dealing with all the so-called “fine print” a breeze. It was honestly such a pleasant experience all around that I can’t ever imagine purchasing a vehicle from anyone else. Places like Street VW are the prime example of why customers stay loyal and choose to come back time after time. More
