Went the extra mile is an understatement I live ~90 miles away and was looking for a larger family vehicle for my growing family. I found a vehicle I was interested in at Street VW of Amarillo’s website. It wasn’t my number one choice initially, but I voiced why I was still looking, and the salesperson (Chris Scott) offered several alternatives (such as completely reupholstering the vehicle to replace the cloth with leather) without ever being pushy, just very helpful. I ended up getting what I wanted, getting a good deal, and Chris personally made several round trips to where I live to bring me a loaner while the vehicle was getting reupholstered (4 roundtrips to be exact), and always kept in contact with me. From the initial contact to well beyond the sale, I was always treated the same- respected and appreciated. I honestly can’t say enough great things. This was BY FAR the greatest car sales experience I’ve ever had. Give Chris Scott a raise & a promotion! More
