I was raised by a father who was awarded by Hot Rod Magazine "Mechanic of the Year" back in the '60s (National Award). Today as a business owner, I am always on the lookout for excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees. I certainly found that in Rose Davenport. I do not like to deal with car sales people, but in dealing with Rose I found that she was honest, forthright and she passed my smell test for knowing what she's talking about when it comes to the mechanics of the Toyota Prius. My husband and I have recommended not particularly Street Toyota, but "Rose" to all of our friends to go to in looking for their next car, new or used. Way to go Street Toyota!! I have purchased vehicles from other dealers and makes and was very impressed with Toyota's quality and wanted to check it out for mysef. I visited the Toyota dealer ship in my town in search of new vehicles for myself and wife. We were greeted when we steped out of our car on the lot by a super sales person. This person listed to our needs and then suggested seveal different vehicles that would meet our requirements. We were shown several vehicles and then test drove a few. During this entire process our Sales Man (Gary McMillian) was very informative and listened to our concerns and needs. I really appreciated that we were not pushed a vehicle nor pushed to drive it more or take it our for a while. My wife and I were given time to discuss things we liked and disliked between vehicles and did not feel that we had a sales person listeing over our shoulders. We did decided on a vehicle and then worked with Mr. McMilian on the purchase. This was handled very professionaly and quick and we never felt pushed or had to give up options to get into the vehicle we wanted. From the time we started the purchase process with Gary until we signed the contract with the finance dept we were treated with respect, and felt very valued as a customer. We purchased two new vehicles from Gary and then two years later went back to this dealership and Gary to trade in one and purchase a used Truck. This purchased was just as professional and smooth as the other ones. I have taken all these vehicles back to this dealership for services and have also received the most profesional and curteours each time from everyone during this process. I have and will continue to recommed Mr. McMilian and Street Toyota to frieds and family. More

John Shankle sold us a new Highlander, so we were repeat customers and wanted to purchase a second vehicle. We purchased a Mazda and it was not reliable. John and his sales team bought the vehicle back an customers and wanted to purchase a second vehicle. We purchased a Mazda and it was not reliable. John and his sales team bought the vehicle back and put us in a rental car from Street for 2 months while searching for another replacement vehicle. Once they found the Camry we went and signed the papers and no problem of trading the vehicle. The support and service we received was excellent! More

Besides having a 6,000 mile brand new camry leave my wife, 2yr old son and me stranded on the road for an hour in 110 degree heat and the rent a car smelling like your driving a cigarette with wheels ma wife, 2yr old son and me stranded on the road for an hour in 110 degree heat and the rent a car smelling like your driving a cigarette with wheels makes me rethink about ever doing business there again. Yes the service was done free of charge because it only had 6000 miles but when I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes with a status report and never got it. Yes it was a little bothersome that the staff would not keep me updated after I had called and was told he would in just a few after he talked to the tech. Other than that I hope to never have extensive service done there ever again. P.S. My wife was extremely upset because my 2yr old has bad asthma that made riding in the rent car impossible because of the odors, there for we had to make arrangements for someone else to transport him. We really expected better service from the way we were initially treated upon purchasing the vehicle. More

I was treated very well at Street Toyota from the first phone call I made to David. He was super patient as I test drove several cars, and was knowledgeable about all of the cars I drove, even non-Toyotas. phone call I made to David. I had every intention of buying a used Camry, but with the interest rate being 0% we ended up buying new. We got a fabulous deal on something I didn't think we would be able to afford. He was about as honest and no-hassle as it gets. Our other top choice was a new Honda Accord, but we were treated so horribly at our local dealership I wasn't about to buy anything from them. Customer service matters, and David and Street Toyota definitely go above and beyond. More

Ben Calloway knows his business as a sales man for toyota....if there was something that I asked and Ben didn't know he definitely found out for me.
