Having had the absolute worst experience ever with both New Mexico dealers (American Toyota and Beaver Toyota) it was a pleasure to see what customer service really means. Street Toyota of Amarillo was extremely friendly and responsive to my needs as a customer through the entire process. It was worth the 4 hr drive (one way) on so many levels... product availability, price, etc. ... but most of all to be treated as a buying customer rather than a hostage. No games, No Lies, No waiting for a fictitious decision maker... Just the facts. The paperwork was a breeze (thank you Larry Argo) but I was most surprised with the the entire staff attitude which began and ended with David Saied. I almost wish I lived in Amarillo after this experience if for no other reason to have my new Tundra Crewmax serviced by people who understand what customer service means. Will I go back? You bet! We stopped into Street Toyota to look at the new Avalons. Rose met us and was very personable and helped us any questions that we had. We shopped the Avalon ahd decided to give it more consideration. Several weeks went by and I had an accident on my right leg that prevented me from walking. I looked on thier web site and found the Avalon that we wanted in thier inventory. We stopped by the dealership and got with Rose and buy the car. Since I couln't walk, we used the front seat of my 2003 Avalon as the office. Rose did all the leg work on the trade, which we were very pleased with overall price. The car was to come in that day and we came back and picked up a very beautiful Avalon. Rose is very professional and spent more than an hour going over all the features. We are very pleased with the Avalon and the experience we have had at Street Toyota. We have also had several follow-up communications conserning the buy. More
