I've come to talk to Jerry about purchasing my new truck. My sister had purchased her Prius from Jerry. Unfortunately, Jerry had left the dealership couple of weeks prior said Xavier Rodriguez. Xavier was very cordial and friendly and this is how I've come to deal with him. He was never pushy and very straight forward. During the price negotiation, Gus Shamir joined us. These are the two very likeable people I've come to know. They were very accommodating in every respect, including the price negotiation. And When it was time to pickup my new truck, my sister had noticed a very small scratch (1mmx 3mm) above the front bumper. They tried to buff it out but couldn't. So, I said that's fine, no problem, but Gus said he wouldn't want me to take it unless it was perfect. They ended up sending it to the body shop to get it "perfect". So, when I finally picked my truck up, it was indeed a perfect! More

I have never had an experience while purchasing a vehicle as nice as this. First, we did not have "wheel and deal". The price of the vehicle was acceptable. The trade in value was acceptable and ther vehicle as nice as this. First, we did not have "wheel and deal". The price of the vehicle was acceptable. The trade in value was acceptable and there was no back and forth over anything. Marshall was wonderful. He knew the vehicle and could tell us everything about it. He was friendly but not over the top. He made us feel as if we were the only custormers in the dealership even though there seemed to be customers with every sales person. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. We then went to Jamie's office for the financials. He was just as nice. He did not push us into anything we didn't feel we could afford. He made recommendations on the extended warrenty and accepted our decision with no pressure to do more. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I can only hope these two men are still there because we will return. I have also told others in Pampa of our experience. My daughter will be looking to purchase a Venza within the next 12 months or so. I hope she listens to her mother and makes the trip to Street Toyota. Ask for Marshall! More
