i will never buy another car from streets toyota. we bought three vans and the marshall (sales person) has been giving us nothing but run arond for wheather tec mats wich was part of the deal when we bo bought three vans and the marshall (sales person) has been giving us nothing but run arond for wheather tec mats wich was part of the deal when we bought the vans. i told him that i want weather tec carpet form front to back he said i don't think they can put that in van because that have to cut aroung the seat track area. so he came up with mats wich i said ok to. after i bought the vans i found out that he game me wrong mats and it did not fit in our van. i called him told him about it and he said come to parts and they will take care of you. month and half later after few trips to deaer wich is 37miles drivr each way and few phone calls later i went back to dealer and he wants to give us front and 2nd row but he wants us to buy the 3rd row and cargo. i have been coustomer of streets toyota for last seven years. when i contfronted him that this is B.S and this was not the deal, he got upset and threned me knock me out. finally after hour and half later i asked the front if i could talk to manager, she said manager said you have to deal with marshall. i walked to managers office and knocked on his door and finally talked to manager and he took care of mats problem. i never in my life delt with such a rude person like this one. i recomend other dealer but never go to streets toyota. sales person need trainig on how to deal with customer. they don't even know if they can install the wheather tac carpets or not wich i found out later that they can, but he just doen't want to install it for me because i already bought the van. More
